One of the best ways to help avoid expensive repair costs is to maintain your Toyota regularly. The Toyota Financial Services Prepaid Maintenance Program, known as Toyota Auto Care (TAC), is a convenient and affordable way for you to maintain your vehicle according to Toyota's recommended maintenance schedule.

When leasing, maintaining your vehicle regularly is a requirement of your lease agreement. If you own your vehicle, regular maintenance helps protect its resale value. And if you're going to maintain your vehicle, why not trust your Toyota to those who know it best?

Under the Toyota Auto Care program, you can service your vehicle at mileage intervals that meet your needs. Factory-trained technicians maintain your vehicle using only genuine Toyota parts.

Enjoy the following benefits:

·     Service at Predetermined Intervals. Oil and filter changes, lubrication of key chassis parts, and 19-point inspection at every service interval.

·     24-Hour Roadside Assistance. With most plans, help is a phone call away for the full term of your agreement. Lockout protection, flat tire changes, jump starts, and towing included.

·     Prepaid Maintenance Booklet. Includes customized service certificates and roadside assistance information.

·     Timed Service Reminders. Notification 30 days prior to your next scheduled service, based on individual driving characteristics.

·     Computerized Service History. Can enhance your vehicle's resale value.

We offer two types of coverage plans:

Classic
Various terms available for service at 3,000-mile, 5,000-mile, or 7,500-mile¹ intervals.

Classic coverage is not only convenient, it's flexible. Classic offers a variety of service intervals to suit your vehicle needs. You can purchase Classic coverage for any Toyota vehicle, new or used. Just bring your vehicle to your Toyota dealer at each designated service interval.

Depending on how long you plan to keep your car, choose from coverage terms of one to four years.

Service at Predetermined Intervals

At every service interval, Toyota factory-trained technicians will perform the following services:

Premium
Get the benefits of Classic coverage plus tire rotations and major maintenance at 15,000-mile, 30,000-mile, or 45,000-mile intervals (depending on the plan).

Premium coverage makes following the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule easy and affordable. Depending on how long you plan to keep your car, choose from coverage terms of two to four years.

Premium coverage includes all the benefits of Classic coverage, but goes one step further by including:

·     Oil and filter changes

·     Lubrication of key chassis parts

·     19-point inspection*

*The 19-point inspection includes:

Fluids Inspected and Replenished

o  Brake master cylinder

o  Coolant

o  Clutch master cylinder (manual transmission)

o  Differential

o  Power steering (if equipped)

o  Transfer case (4WD models)

o  Transmission

o  Windshield washer

Items Visually Inspected

o  Air filter

o  Axle boots (damage/leaks)

o  Cooling system (leaks)

o  Drive belts (cracking/damage/wear)

o  Exhaust system/muffler

o  Hoses (cracking/leaks)

o  PCV valve (if applicable)

o  Shock absorbers/suspension

o  Tire pressure (check and adjust)

o  Tire wear

o  Windshield wipers

24-Hour Roadside Assistance

Classic coverage comes with 24-hour roadside assistance for the full term of your agreement on most plans. The Toyota Auto Care prepaid maintenance program uses approximately 40,000 towing vehicles nationwide - so you'll get prompt service when you need it most.

This benefit includes the following:*

·     Lockout protection

·     Flat tire changes

·     Jump starts

·     Fluid delivery

·     Towing for mechanical breakdown and collision recovery

**Major Maintenance
15,000-mile and 45,000-mile services include:

o  Replace engine oil and oil filter

o  Rotate tires

o  Clean cabin air filter

o  Lubricate propeller shaft

o  Re-torque drive shaft bolt

o  Re-torque propeller shaft bolt

Inspection of the following:

o  Active height control gas chamber

o  Ball joints and dust covers

o  Brake lines and hoses

o  Differential oil (front and/or rear)

o  Drive shaft boots

o  Engine coolant (Engine and inverter coolant applies only to hybrids)

o  Exhaust pipes and mountings

o  Radiator, condenser and intercooler

o  Radiator, core and condenser

o  Steering gear box

o  Steering linkage and boots

o  Transfer case oil

o  Visually inspect brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs

30,000-mile service includes:

All services listed in your Toyota Scheduled Maintenance Guide, which may include:

o  Replace engine oil and oil filter

o  Rotate tires

o  Replace cabin air filter

o  Replace engine air filter

o  Replace spark plugs (w/IGR-FE)

o  Replace limited-slip differential oil

o  Lubricate propeller shaft

o  Lubricate wheel bearings

o  Lubricate drive shaft bushing

o  Re-torque drive shaft bolt

o  Re-torque propeller shaft bolt

Inspection of the following:

o  Active height control gas chamber

o  Automatic transmission fluid or manual transmission oil

o  Ball joints and dust covers

o  Brake lines and hoses

o  Brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs

o  Differential oil (front and/or rear)

o  Drive shaft boots

o  Fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel tank vapor vent system hoses

o  Fuel tank cap gasket
